Dose for Reshi mushrooms As a dietary supplement, take 2 gram 1 to 2 times daily. For best results, please consult your physician. Individual needs may vary. Lion's Mane For use as a dietary supplement. Adults take 1 gram or 1/2 TSP per day. Candy molds are 4x6 squares and hold 3 oz or 85 grams The Reshi powder does not dissolve in the chocolate chips. So will dissolve in coconut oil. Need to determine how much coconut oil is needed to dissolve the powder. Then make up the difference in chocolate chips. Everything is done in a double boiler. For Reshi At 4 squares a day we need 6 days so 6 x (2x2) or 24 grams per mold or 48 for 2 Need to determine how much coconut oil is Pan is 212 g Weigh out 48 grams of Reshi powder into something Combine coconut oil and powder in just enough oil to incorporate the powder pan+oil+powder = 350g oil = 350 -212 - 48 = 88g powder = 50g oil = 88g Need 160g to fill the 2 molds so 160-(88+50) = 22g of chocolate OK too m...

I have several truckloads of tree chipping from the power company and about an equivalent amount of grass clippings to compost. Have old straw but considerably less of it. The amount above is a small fraction of the entire lot. More of a test to see if I can get it to heat. Worked OK I think. Need to get a temperature probe into the pile the next time I try a lot.

The stella cherries are nearly ripe but can be eaten. After owning our home for over 15 years the mulberry tree has gifted us with a purple sidewalk. So I tossed down a tarp and shook the tree. Dropped 2 or so cups of fruit. Made a smoothie with it. Was a bit leery of stems but did not find any after blending. Used the mulberries, ice, small banana and enough milk to allow it to pour. Flavor is good. Left the tarp in place. If I get more I will try it without the banana. Maybe runny but lets give it a try. Deb started a truck load of flowers. I have been busy creating raised bed planters for them. So far have one out of rotted railroad ties and one from a huge tire with the top cut out.
